The STEM Employee of the Year Award recognises an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to STEM within their organisation. Open to employees from organisations of all sizes, the award celebrates individual achievement, innovation, problem-solving, mentorship and measurable impact. Self-nominations are also welcome.
